Any designs created CAN NOT be used by another individual or user selling similar services. All designs made by VxO Elites are original and any stolen or copied designs could lead to potential lawsuit. VxO Elites do not claim the name of any game company and simply only create designs based on existing game companies. Official titles will be avoided to stay clear of any copyright issues and respect existing game companies.

Customers can not engage in any unlawful behavior such as spams or disrespectful messages these actions may result in a disabled account
All custom requests on clothing must be appropriate - apart from that condition customers are free to request any desired designs
As mentioned previously all banking information will be secured and personal information of all customers will not be shared with any third parties.

Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return: up to 5 day returns
State of return: no damage done to the product and within the 5 day policy
Reason for return: wrong product or dissatisfied
Process for return: contact customer service to inform us of returns (vxoelites@gmail.com) return to the address it was shipped from (contact vxoelites@gmail.com if help is needed or if there are further questions)
Process of refund: returned before the 5 day limit and no damage done to the product. money will be returned through the customer's original form of payment when the product has been received through return. Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping fee if returned.
